Care is seeking an/nexperienced, motivated Managing Veterinarian to
lead our growing team and help/nshape the future of our thriving
practice! We’ve recently completed renovations/non our brand-new,
state-of-the-art facility and are entering an exciting phase/nof
expansion and we’re looking for a leader ready to grow with us.
About Us We are a 2-doctor practice supported by 6 skilled
team/nmembers (including 3 CVTs), located in a stand-alone,
three-floor building in/nthe Penn Hills neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
We now occupy our fully renovated/n1st floor, designed to support
modern, efficient, high-quality veterinary care. Our upgraded
facility includes: /n - 5 spacious exam rooms /n - Fully equipped
surgical suite /n - Dedicated dental area with heated dental tables
and/n hand-held dental radiographs /n - Radiology suite with
portable ultrasound and digital/n imaging /n - Open-concept
treatment room with 4 procedure tables /n - Separate rehabilitation
area with underwater/n treadmill, dry treadmill, therapeutic
ultrasound, and laser therapy /n As our Managing/nVeterinarian, you
will: /n - Lead and mentor our medical team /n - Guide hospital
protocols and maintain high medical/n standards /n - Collaborate
with practice management on strategic/n planning, recruitment, and
growth initiatives /n - Maintain a clinical caseload tailored to
your/n interests and expertise /n - Play a key role in the
development of new services/n and programs /n This is a fantastic
opportunity for a veterinarian who’s/npassionate about leadership,
mentorship, and high-quality medicine. Clinical Highlights /n -
Wide-ranging caseload: wellness, urgent care,/n surgery, dentistry,
and optional exotic cases /n - IDEXX in-house lab suite (Catalyst,
Procyte, Sedivue) /n - IDEXX digital radiography telemedicine
consulting /n - Portable ultrasound with access to mobile
specialists /n - Strong interest in surgery, rehab, or exotics is/n
welcome /n Hours & Scheduling /n - Monday – Thursday: 9am–7pm /n -
Friday: 10am–3pm /n - No weekends or on-call /n - Walk-in/urgent
care hours available at doctor/n discretion (10am–1pm) /n -
Expanded scheduling potential with continued team/n growth /n
Compensation: - Base salary range $115,000-$135,000 -

Managing Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV,
PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on
distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent
Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are
subject to change at any time. Relocation benefits are not
available for local moves (e.g., short-distance moves within the
same metro area). NVA GP reserves the right to determine whether a
move qualifies as “relocation” based on mileage thresholds,
