Medicine physician to join our growing practices across
Southwestern Pennsylvania. Whether you're a new graduate or an

Patient Load: 20-22 patients per day with a structured 30:15
appointment schedule. Low-Intensity Call: 1:11 phone-only call with
no in-person requirements-you don't even have to be in Pennsylvania
while on call. Team-Based Care: Work alongside experienced APPs and
nursing staff, supported by a strong 1.5:1 MA ratio. On-Site
Convenience: Procedure suites, X-ray, labs, and pharmacy all
available within the practice. Compensation & Benefits Competitive
Earnings: $280,000-$300,000 with bonus potential, sign-on bonus,
and relocation assistance. Student Loan Repayment: Options
available to help you reduce or eliminate educational debt. Visa
Sponsorship: H1B and J1 candidates are welcome. Generous Time Off:
20 days PTO, 9 paid holidays, additional sick days. CME Support:
