ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Trauma Unit Location West Virginia Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with shifts scheduled for every other weekend and holiday rotations. Job Description We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Medical/Surgical/Trauma Unit. The unit provides high-level care in a fast-paced environment that specializes in complex trauma cases, including brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other surgical interventions. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:3, supported by clinical associates for optimal patient care. Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to patients with various medical/surgical needs. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring. - Administer medications and manage IV drip titrations such as Cardizem and Amiodarone. - Assist with advanced respiratory care including BiPAP and chronic ventilation management. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Valid Registered Nurse license. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. - Strong assessment skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
