ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work weekend night block scheduling (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Resource Pool position covering ALL Med-Surg/Stepdown/Telemetry units • Patient ratios: 1:3 for Stepdown units and 1:6 for Med-Surg/Telemetry units • Each unit accommodates up to 34 beds • Must wear Royal Blue scrubs • EPIC charting system experience required • Level 1 trauma experience and travel experience preferred • Must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) • Work across multiple specialized units including trauma surgery, neuro stepdown, surgical oncology, medical oncology, and epilepsy monitoring • Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility • Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract • BSN not required but nursing license required for submission Facility: This major healthcare facility operates as a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive acute care services across multiple specialized units.
