Job Description Facility in Tyrone, PA seeking CRNA locums
coverageRates: 250/hrAssignment Overview - Facility Type: Acute
Care, Critical Access Hospital - Start Date: June 18, 2025 -
Contract Length: 3 months - Shift Schedule: - Monday–Friday, 6:45
AM – 3:30 PM - 30-minute unpaid lunch - No call required -
Confirmed Dates Needing Coverage: - Multiple dates from June 18 to
July 31 (see detailed schedule above) - Coverage ranges from 1–3
CRNAs daily depending on date - Credentialing Timeframe: Under 2
weeks for clean files Clinical & Operational Details - EMR: Cerner
- Support Model: Predominantly solo CRNA model (non-medically
directed); some days with anesthesiologist on site - Case Types:
General surgery, ortho, ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, plastic surgery -
Volume: <20 patients per day - Population: Primarily adults;
occasional pediatrics for ENT (pediatric anesthesiologist will
assist) - Skills Preferred: Regional anesthesia (spinals,
peripheral nerve blocks) - Practice Setting: Hospital only - Bed
Size: 25 Candidate Requirements - Credential: CRNA - Board
Certification: Required (NBCRNA) - State License: Active
Pennsylvania license required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS -
DEA/CSR: Not required - Experience: Minimum 2 years OR 1 year
