qualified Med/Surg RN in Canton, Ohio, 44708! Pay Information
$2,092 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13
Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of
18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required.
License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state
license in hand. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS are required. NIH
certification must be obtained prior to start. Must-Have: Epic
experience is required. One recent reference from a manager, ANM,
supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required
to qualify for submission. Description: All requirements listed in
the job description are non-negotiable. Night shift consists of
three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. An acceptable score on
both the ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment is
required during orientation. The traveler must work at least every
other holiday. Candidates must have active certifications with
nothing pending. The facility reviews background hits, and any
candidate with an open case will not be considered. License hits
will also render the profile ineligible. All travelers must be
nicotine-free, except for nursing roles. A negative 10 panel drug
screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of the
start date. Modules are required and completed pre-start and
annually, varying by specialty. Badging and fingerprinting need to
be completed onsite prior to the start date. Completion of required
modules is necessary before starting. Travelers will receive a
maximum of two attempts to pass necessary assessments; otherwise,
cancellation will occur. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot
