Job Description:
Job Description Are you interested in working at
Magnet-designated UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital? Only 7% of hospitals

them! For more than a century, UPMC Magee has been caring for women
through all stages of their lives, and we are looking for the next
talented employee to join our team. /n /n Orthopedics (4100) is a
30-bed medical-surgical orthopedic unit that primarily cares for
patients who have undergone elective surgeries such as hip and knee
replacements, and we also receive all of Magee’s post-op bariatric

such as continuous passive motion machines and bed trapezes. This
is a patient-centered rehabilitative unit, a great environment for
someone who wants to be directly involved in rehab as well as care;
we also receive an overflow of general med-surg patients, making
4100 a perfect fit for graduate nurses and nurses seeking to build
broad knowledge and/or gain new experience. /n /n What can you

families to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the
continuum of care. /n /n As a Professional Staff Nurse and a member
of the care delivery team, you will set the standards for the level
and quality of nursing care and possess authority and
accountability for its provision. At all times, you will exemplify
