Job Description Are you a passionate pharmacist committed to
safe, effective, and evidence-based care? /n The Children's
Hospital of Pittsburgh is hiring a flex, full time Pharmacist who
will play a vital role in delivering top-tier pharmacotherapy
within a dynamic and collaborative healthcare environment. /n What
You’ll Do: /n /n - /n Interpret and verify prescriptions to ensure
accurate, safe medication use /n /n - /n Provide expert support
across centralized and decentralized systems /n /n - /n Collaborate
with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize therapies /n /n
- /n Educate patients and healthcare providers on proper medication
use /n /n - /n Mentor pharmacy students and residents as a
preceptor /n /n - /n Lead or support quality initiatives that
improve medication safety and compliance /n /n /n /n - Graduate of
an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy /n - B.S in Pharmacy or
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree /n - Current licensure as a
Pharmacist in practicing state /n - No previous experience
required; pharmacist experience preferred. Licensure,
Certifications, and Clearances: /n - Pharmacist /n - Act 31, 33,
34, 73 FBI Clearance with renewal /n /n UPMC is an Equal
