Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. This role will be to oversee patient care and clinical supervision on the night shift.Duties

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Provide basic patient care and treatments
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice
  • Proficiency in medication administration and patient care techniques
  • Experience in various healthcare settings such as home care, occupational health, or memory care is advantageous
  • Be knowledgeable of State and Federal regulations regarding long-term care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
