Job Description:
The Resource Pool offers diverse nursing opportunities across
units like Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, and specialty tracks such as Peds,
NICU, PICU, ED, Rehab, and Psych.
As a registered nurse, you will deliver quality, patient-centered
care with respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include age-specific assessments, developing and
updating individualized care plans, administering treatments and
medications, and documenting care via electronic medical
records.
Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program,
Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR (additional
certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed), and computer
proficiency.
This role involves orientation, competency assessments, and
collaboration within a supportive, innovative healthcare
environment.
