Currently hiring experienced RN/LPN for full-time or part-time
roles in Monroeville, PA. RNs coordinate care for chronically ill
patients, utilizing assessments, plans, and education to reduce
hospitalizations. Qualifications include PA licensure; home health
experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $40 to $120 per
visit for RNs and $29 to $35 for LPNs. Benefits include 401(k),
health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and company fleet
vehicles. Must have a valid driver--------s license; work involves
travel.
