Job Description:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled nursing
facility in Myrtle Point, OR, with shifts available full-time,
part-time, on call, and PRN, including day and night shifts.
Offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.
Responsibilities include resident assessments, care planning,
medication administration, wound care, and supervising support
staff.
Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate
documentation, and participate in team meetings.
Requirements include RN licensure in the state, geriatric care
