Fertility Specialist Clinical Support RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CMA, LVN or RN to join our team at Aspire HFI, a high-volume infertility practice in Kingwood. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.
• Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy, and administer medications.
• Provide telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results.
• Care for patients through ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and oocyte donation.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to stressful situations.
• Responsible for accurate and timely communication of lab results to patients.
• Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures related to fertility.Requirements and Qualifications:
  • CMA certification or LVN or RN license, valid in TX, from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years medical experience required.What We Offer:
