• Job Details
• FACILTY WILL MAKE CONTACT WITHIN 48 HRS FOR ANY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE THEY ARE INTERSTED IN THAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION
• MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A FAST PACE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FULL PATIENT LOAD. PLEASE NOTE PATIENT RATIOS IN EXEPERIENCE ON PROFILE
• Traveler will be working with Covid Patients at times
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue
• EMR: Sorian
• Level 4 Trauma Center
  • Job Requirements
  • 3 Years CURRENT MS experience - Required
  • 3 + Years of Nursing Experience - Required
  • BSN - Preferred
  • Sorian EMR experience - Preferred
  • Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required
  • Profile Requirements: Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License: Must be uploaded with profile
  • Certifications: Must be uploaded with profile or listed in profile that they currently have them
    • Schedule Information
    • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION, ANY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION AND SHOULD NOT BE REQUESTED BY AGENCY OR TRAVELER AT ANY POINT AFTER SUBMISSION, INCLUDING DURING INTERVIEW PER FACILITY
    • RTO for upcoming holidays cannot be approved, Need to be available to work a holiday rotation on whichever is needed
    • A THREE STRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Weirton Medical Center's discretion
