Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Course(s)/Training: Program in physical therapy required
Certification/Registration: Registered Physical Therapist, Current
WV Physical Therapist licensure. Plans and implements specific
treatment programs for individual patients according to the
principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with
interdisciplinary treatment team. Reports to the Clinical Field
Staff Supervisor.Location: Davis Health System HOMEPLUS HOME
