Job Description:
Job Summary Within a patient centered culture, the Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist providers and nursing staff
deliver optimal patient care, and work with others to achieve
efficient clinical and business operations. The LPN performs both
clinical and administrative tasks. Education Graduate of an
accredited LPN program. Certifications/Licensures Current licensure
from the WV State Board of Examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses.
Basic Life support (BLS) certification within probationary period.
Physical Requirements Heavy Work Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force
occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in
excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly. #
