Position Summary: As the primary person a patient first encounters at the office, this individual is responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, greeting the patient, assisting them with the registration process, verifying and updating information including insurance and demographic at each visit. Consents, co-pays and balances are to be collected by this individual at each visit.This person must be kind, positive and helpful at all times.A professional appearance is required.Professional telephone skills are required and the associate must be able to take accurate and complete messages.Associate must be willing to be assigned to any other UHC clinic when staffing requires.
