About the RoleKELLER is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Research and develop new business leads, focusing on B2B relationships
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM and prioritize tasks effectivelyRequirements
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment
    • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
    • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably SalesforceLicensing Requirements
      • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
      • Must have a clean background and own transportation
      • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
