Job Description:
AVAILABLE: Immediately. Applications will be accepted until the
position is filled. This is a full-time, benefit eligible, 12 month
position. SALARY/RANK: Commensurate with qualifications and
experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Master s Degree required in Counseling,
Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field and
current licensure is required. Prior successful work-related
experience in a higher education academic support role desired.
Candidates must possess strong organization, communication and
computer skills; the ability to work independently and, within a
team setting, in a fast paced environment and meet established work
deadlines; and be available to work evenings and weekends, as
assigned. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong
Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a
demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional
responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students. As a

commitments of the University. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will
assist the Director of The Waynesburg University Counseling Center
in maintaining an essential resource for Waynesburg University
students, faculty, and staff, to provide psychological services to
assist students in attaining their educational, academic, career,
and personal goals. These services include individual assessment
and counseling, crisis service (on-call) system support, group
counseling, workshop facilitation, psycho-educational and outreach
