We specialize in Nutrition Management, Survey Assistance, Food Service Management, Water Management and Legionella Testing.Company website: www.armstrongnutrition.comWhat we are looking for:We are currently seeking applicants for our open Part time/PRN Traveling Certified Dietary Manager positions across the United States.The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and would be able to provide coverage full time and when needed during the week. Travel expenses will be covered!Position Responsibilities:

• Based upon educational and regulatory limitations, develops and monitors resident nutritional care.
• Monitors resident intake and adherence to diet orders.
• Participates in facility meetings as requested by Administration when scheduled during consulting visits.
• Assists in developing educational materials to use in nutrition education.
• Based upon educational limitations, counsels' individuals and families with nutrition planning.
• Monitors that foods are prepared and served with regard to nutritive flavor, appearance, and appropriate temperatures.
• Refers residents at nutritional risk to the appropriate dietary consultant for further intervention
• Other duties as assigned by SupervisorRequirements:
  • Food Service Background.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Dietary Manager's Program.
  • Hold a current Driver's License.
  • Able to work with the elderly.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel. Reliable transportation.
