Services, you will be responsible for managing and carrying out
duties that include food service, storage, procurement, sanitation,
and like responsibilities related to the kitchen. You will provide
direction, supervision, and support to all dietary service
employees. Some of your primary responsibilities include:Preparing
nutritious and pleasing meals that meet RDA recommendations,
following center practices, and menusRecruiting, selecting, and
overseeing dining service employeesOverseeing, directing, and
assisting as needed in preparing and serving meals, desserts,
snacks, and fluidsAssigning and monitoring cleaning to ensure the
environment and equipment are maintained in a sanitary
orderConducting inventory of food and supplies on a regular basis,
ensuring that orders are placed to support upcoming menus and that
adequate supplies are maintainedIdentifying and assisting in
preparing substitutions as neededMonitoring all food storage on a
regular basis ensuring proper labeling and storage
practicesEnsuring all temperature control safety (TCS) foods are
held and served within safe and palatable range according to the
Food Code and state and federal regulationsAssigning, organizing,
and tracking new hire and current team member required training per
the state health department, state regulatory requirements, and
