Job Description:

DescriptionProvides strategic initiatives to support the growing recruiting needs of the organization. Leads a team to create a unified and consistent recruiting process including, but not limited to, posting, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Through partnership and collaboration with hiring managers, this role will help fill current and/or expected open positions throughout the organization, as well as establish and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensures a smooth process for all candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process.


  • Models and promotes both internally and externally the mission, philosophy and values of InVision Human Services.
  • Acquires, maintains and demonstrates current knowledge and competency with federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Functions as a member of the management team of InVision Human Services; including but not limited to attending monthly management meetings and company annual meetings.
  • Maintains strict standards of confidentiality regarding agency staff and clients.


    • Partners with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
    • Assists with both external and internal hiring efforts
    • Develops recruitment strategy, which may include job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, etc.
    • Partners with creative team to develop promotional material to aid in recruiting
    • Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
    • Identifies future talent needs and proactively recruits and sources; develops talent pool
    • Manages the recruitment process and life-cycle
    • Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. Develops specialized or competitive intelligence and research, in regards to talent development and retention
    • Uses applicant tracking systems to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding
    • Defines, develops and rollouts regular recruiting metrics and reports
    • Develops college recruiting programs
    • Participates in employment events, such as career fairs
    • Develops relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manages the procurement and measurement process
    • Recommends and oversees process improvements to the talent acquisition process

      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
      Supervises Human Resources Recruiters, company-wide.
      QUALIFICATIONS

      EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
      Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related discipline. Minimum of five years of experience in a talent acquisition role and one to three years of experience leading a talent acquisition team in a high volume/high growth environment.

        Some in-state travel is required
