position that is responsible for job execution and overall
performance of the Production program. Provides conceptual ideas
and cost estimates for strategic portfolio decisions. Continuously
works on improving cost and cycle time efficiency through technical
research and offset data analysis. Requires limited technical
supervision on a daily basis and utilizes available resources on a
frequent basis Responsibilities: Work with the field operations
team to provide engineering support for troubleshooting Assist in
optimizing production during normal and upset conditions Review
candidates for artificial lift, create procedures and execute
projects while tracking cost Monthly accruals for operating
expenses Recommend, build cost estimates, and create procedures for
all workovers including, but not limited to; well cleanouts, tubing
installs, tubing repairs, capillary string installation, plunger
lift installation, fishing operations Ensure adherence with
environmental compliance, safety policies and regulatory standards
Perform production troubleshooting and artificial lift
analysis/optimization on producing wells Provide well surveillance
on a day-to-day basis using available real time data streams, field
reporting, cumulative production, ratios, etc., in order to
efficiently produce the wells and to meet production and financial
targets Track and monitor lease operating expense for the wells
assigned Perform economic evaluation on production projects Field
work (as needed) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

acceptable level Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelors or
Masters in Engineering; Petroleum preferred Minimum Experience:
Bachelors 5 years of applicable experience Skills: Knowledge of
petroleum engineering principles, analytical skills, verbal &
written communication skills, technical writing, SQL Conditions of
Employment: Travel - Occasional Work Conditions - Office with field
requirement - 20% (see footnote) Flextime Eligible Telecommuting

based on the location of the work performed. Work performed in an
