Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company extensively involved in
providing innovative power solutions, is seeking a highly skilled
Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our Critical Energy Systems
(CES) division. This role concentrates on optimizing electrical
systems and infrastructure across various energy sectors, ensuring
superior energy delivery and sustainability. The ideal candidate
will possess a profound knowledge of electrical engineering,
exemplary leadership abilities, and a robust understanding of the
energy industry's latest technologies and regulatory standards.
Design, develop, and enhance electrical systems and solutions for
large-scale energy projects. Lead cross-functional teams in the
planning and execution of complex energy infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with national and international energy standards
and regulations. Conduct high-level energy system analyses and
feasibility studies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align
engineering solutions with business objectives. Manage and mentor
junior engineers and technical staff. Stay updated on industry
trends, emerging technologies, and potential innovation
opportunities. Expertise in electrical systems and energy
management Strong project management capabilities Proficiency in
using CAD software and other engineering tools Solid analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license required.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) desired. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
