Why You’ll Love This Role Competitive pay bonuses optional overtime Clear growth path into HVAC controls & automation Health, life & disability insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, tool allowance & uniforms provided Flexible start times (6–8 AM) with predictable evening schedules What You’ll Do Service and repair commercial HVAC systems Diagnose issues with chillers, boilers, RTUs, pumps & BAS Install systems and interpret blueprints Provide great on?site service to clients What You Bring 2 years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical) EPA Universal (required), OSHA (preferred) Ability to braze, fuse piping, and work independently Work Environment Hands?on, active role: ladders, confined spaces, indoor/outdoor work, and lifting 50–75 lbs. You’ll work both independently and with a supportive team on live commercial sites. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Canonsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr. Competitive pay based on experience. On-the-job training in HVAC systems and controls.
