Job Description:
Compliance Manager – Gaming Industry (Central PA) We are
partnering with a leading gaming client in Central Pennsylvania to
hire a Compliance Manager who will play a key role in launching a
brand-new compliance function at a new gaming establishment. This
is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on compliance professional
with deep knowledge of PA gaming regulations to build systems and
culture from the ground up. Highlights Salary: $95,000–$97,000
Relocation Package Eligible Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~40–45
hours/week, with limited on-call needs Location: Central
Pennsylvania – relocation assistance provided Full Benefit Package
What You’ll Do As the Compliance Manager, you’ll report directly to
the Director of Finance and oversee one clerk. You’ll be
responsible for: Designing and implementing the entire compliance
framework, including training, policies, and internal procedures
Ensuring compliance with all federal and state gaming laws,
including Title 31 (BSA) and AML regulations Conducting audits,
monitoring operations for fairness and integrity, and filing CTRs
and SARs Leading investigations into non-compliance, fraud, and
suspicious activities Acting as a liaison with the Pennsylvania
Gaming Control Board and other regulatory agencies Promoting a
culture of ethical conduct and compliance across the organization
What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–3 years in a
compliance-focused role within gaming or a similarly regulated
industry Expertise in PA Gaming Regulations Strong writing and
documentation skills Leadership: Ability to manage a department and
collaborate cross-functionally without silos Education: Bachelor's
in Business, Criminal Justice, Finance, or related field preferred
Must meet licensing requirements (multiple licenses required for
this role) Bonus Points For 5–7 years of gaming operations
experience, even if not at a director level (e.g., Shift Managers
with strong regulatory knowledge) Experience working in
environments that report to a Board or non-traditional org
