Sepro America, a leading global provider of industrial automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for assembling and testing industrial automation systems for various industries. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation solutions that align with customer needs.
• Develop detailed automation system specifications, including hardware and software components.
• Program and configure automation systems, PLCs, robotics, and control systems to achieve seamless integration with existing manufacturing processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and testing phases.
• Optimize automation processes to maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce overall production costs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and technical support to employee and clients, helping them effectively operate and maintain the automation systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, including technical discussions and system demonstrations.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the automation project lifecycle. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or ladder logic for PLC programming.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation components, robotics, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with different types of automation equipment, including but not limited to robotic arms, conveyors, sensors, and actuators.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for project installations and support.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints. Benefits:
