Job Description:

MDM, LLC is an established design firm providing Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Architectural Support Services in over eight (8) states. Our main goal is to plan, design, and manage every project to meet and exceed the expectation and goals of our commercial and residential clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our diverse and experienced group of Civil Engineers, Project Managers, and drafting technicians to complete residential and commercial Land Development projects, design Stormwater Management and Erosion & Sedimentation Control planning.

Responsibilities

Prepare Land Development plans, including utility plans, site layouts, site details, and profiles.

Preparing Stormwater Management, Erosion & Sedimentation Control, and other calculations/reports for permit approval

Aiding in the completion of the DEP NPDES submittal process for both General and Individual Permitting

Work with team members to produce accurate plans promptly to ensure the product meets the client's requirements and expectations.

Perform site visits and attend public/municipal authority meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering- (Degree certified by Board of Engineers to allow licensure in additional states)

E.I.T Certification Required

Professional Engineer, PE Licensed in Pennsylvania Preferred

1-5+ years of job, related experience in Land Development Design

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and HydroCAD software. Experience in AutoCAD a plus, but not required

Display superb communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a group setting

Must have Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail

A valid Driver's License is required
