Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company providing comprehensive
power solutions including natural gas and renewable energy across
the U.S., is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Prin, Energy
Efficiency Development Engineer. This role focuses on developing
and optimizing state-of-the-art energy solutions that enhance
efficiency and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for project leadership from conception through
implementation, including the design and deployment of
energy-saving technologies and practices within various sectors.
Design and develop innovative energy efficiency solutions and
systems for commercial, industrial, and public sector applications.
Perform energy audits and feasibility studies to identify potential
energy conservation opportunities. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and
alignment with strategic goals. Stay abreast of the latest industry
technologies, regulatory developments, and best practices. Prepare
detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders that quantify
benefits, costs, performance benchmarks, and learned lessons.
Strong proficiency in energy modeling tools and software (e.g.,
RETScreen, EnergyPlus). Excellent analytical, project management,
and technical writing skills. Ability to handle multiple projects
under tight deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or
related software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
