paraprofessional opportunity is available in Bedford, NH, focused
on supporting a high school student with Autism who is deaf. This
role is unique and specialized, requiring fluency in American Sign
Language (ASL) as a certified interpreter, combined with experience
in behavioral support. Responsibilities include collaborating with
a team to support the student within a structured program designed
for students with Autism. The paraprofessional will work
approximately 7.5 hours per day, participate in an NECC program,
and be responsible for collecting and managing data related to the
student's educational plan and support strategies. This position
requires someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and comfortable
working in a school environment. Key Qualifications: Certified
American Sign Language interpreter with fluency in ASL Experience
working with students with Autism in a school setting Previous
paraprofessional experience preferred, especially with behavior
support Ability to work collaboratively on a team Strong data
collection and documentation skills Comfortable supporting a
student with specialized needs in a high school environment (Grade
9) Location: Bedford, New Hampshire Employment Details: Full-time
position (35-37.5 hours per week) Contract duration through June
