Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Graduate Nurse (GN) to join our talented healthcare team. In this
role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and
services to our patients, enhancing their recovery and overall
quality of life. Our facilities offer a challenging yet rewarding

a supportive atmosphere. You will work closely with a team of
experienced nurses and medical professionals to administer patient
care, contribute to rehabilitation plans, and ensure comfort and
well-being of our patients. Administer daily care to patients based
on personalised health plans. Assist in developing and implementing
nursing care plans. Monitor patient health condition, record signs
and symptoms, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or
physician. Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient
treatment and recovery. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Educate patients and families on health care and condition
management. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication Empathy
