Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Graduate Nurse (GN) to join our team in delivering exemplary
medical services at our healthcare facilities. This role is
tailored for recent nursing graduates who are looking to kick-start
their nursing career in a supportive environment that thrives on
quality care and patient well-being. As a GN at Genesis HealthCare,
you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced
professionals across various units such as rehabilitation, skilled
nursing, and long-term care. You will implement patient care plans,
participate in educational programs, and contribute to a team
delivering excellence in healthcare. Assist in the delivery of
patient care under the supervision of qualified Nursing staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient progress
against care plans. Participate in clinical rounds and provide
inputs to healthcare team members. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Attend and participate in training and
development programs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team Detail-oriented with a high
degree of accuracy in tasks Knowledge of basic healthcare and
patient care protocols Capability to handle stressful situations
