Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to
serve as a Special Education Administrator in a K-12 school setting
located in Bedford, OH. The role supports an at-risk autism program
with a caseload of 12 students across two classrooms, focusing on
compliance, leadership, and program oversight. The contract runs
from ASAP through June 3, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek. Key
Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise special education staff,
including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service
providers. Ensure all Individualized Education Programs (IEPs),
Evaluations and Team Reports (ETRs), and timelines comply with Ohio
operating standards. Provide training and guidance to staff
regarding compliance issues and best practices in special
education. Manage due process, mediation, and state complaints as
necessary to maintain program integrity. Support and lead the
at-risk autism program, promoting high-quality educational
services. Qualifications: Valid Administrator License required.
Proven experience working within special education, preferably with
autism-related programs. Strong knowledge of Ohio special education
laws, regulations, and compliance standards. Effective leadership
and communication skills to successfully guide staff. Location:
