Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Benefit Customer Service
Representatives (Remote – Local Candidates Only). This role is with
a leading global benefits provider and offers strong potential for
career growth. This is a full-time / 40 hours per week position. If

A-Line. Benefit Customer Service Representative Compensation The
pay for this position is $16.50 per hour Benefits are available to
full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a
company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of
service on our eligibility dates Benefit Customer Service
Representative Highlights This is a seasonal contract position with
the potential to be extended or convert to full-time based on
attendance, performance, and business needs The required
availability for this position is Monday through Friday between
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST No weekends — work/life balance matters
Benefit Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Assist
plan participants with enrollment and updates to healthcare or
pension plans Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and
web chat Handle member concerns with empathy, clarity, and
professionalism Translate complex healthcare and pension plan
information into easy-to-understand terms Maintain compliance with
HIPAA and data privacy regulations Document all call activity and
case updates accurately Participate in training and team meetings
Benefit Customer Service Representative Requirements High School
Diploma or GED Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute Proficient in
Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple computer windows
simultaneously Ability to work independently in a structured,
remote environment Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Benefit Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree Prior call center or customer
service experience Knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined
benefit pension plans Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus If you think
