Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Preconstruction Manager or Estimator with experience in pre-construction or estimating, to lead and manage commercial and healthcare construction projects. The Preconstruction Manager or Estimator will play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects. Responsibilities -Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals. -Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets. -Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. -Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids. -Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities. -Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance. -Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations. -Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases. Qualifications -5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the commercial construction industry. -Proven experience with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. -Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar). -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurances Life and Other Voluntary Insurances 401(k) Retirement Plan (with company match) Paid Time Off and Holidays Continuous Training Courses Annual Bonus up to 20% Per Project Bonus (depending on project) - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
