supportive Management. The Essentials * Pay: ranges from
$21.50-$25/hr (Based on experience) * Hours: Regular hours Mon-Fri,
daytime hours; rotating on-call schedule * Stability: Full-time, no
winter layoffs, 401(k) Match, and full Benefits
(Medical/Dental/Vision). The Work You'll handle the "Big Four" of
property maintenance: * Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks,
switches, and lighting. * Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general
repairs. * HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required). * Tech:
Using a mobile device to manage your day. What You Need * 2 years
of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction. *
Reliability: Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug
screen. * Availability: Willingness to join a shared on-call
