We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division. Role and Responsibilities: - Commercial maintenance in office buildings. - Preventative maintenance. - Grounds maintenance. - Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting. - Customer service. - Rotating On-Call. - May be eligible for an on-call bonus! - Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. - Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. - High School Diploma/GED. - Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
