Job Description Job Description Project & Field Management Coordinate and manage all HVAC installations for new construction homes from rough-in through final inspection. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with builders and superintendents. Assign and oversee field crews, ensuring work meets plans, codes, and quality standards. Proactively resolve on-site issues, builder concerns, or scheduling conflicts. Manage materials delivery, inventory, and job readiness to minimize downtime. Team Leadership Lead, train, and support installation teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and building codes. Conduct site visits for quality checks, coaching, and progress verification. Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on workmanship and efficiency. Communication & Coordination Maintain daily communication with builders, project managers, and internal departments. Attend builder meetings and represent the company in a professional manner. Track and report on project status, delays, change orders, and manpower needs. Budget & Performance Help manage labor hours, equipment use, and project costs to stay within budget. Approve timesheets and verify job completion before billing. Identify productivity improvements and process efficiencies.
