Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water, drain, sewer, gas) Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions Repair or replace fixtures, pipes, valves, water heaters, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles Complete job documentation accurately and timely Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain one (as required by state/local regulations) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless) Experience with drain cleaning and sewer line repairs Knowledge of local plumbing codes HVAC or gas line experience a plus Carpentry experience a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Back-East is an equal opportunity employer.
