Job Description Job Description A Stairlifts is seeking a
reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a
full-time Stair Lift Installer / Service Technician. In this
hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing and servicing
stair lifts in residential settings, ensuring safety,
functionality, and customer satisfaction. If you're a
problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping
others maintain their independence, we’d love to hear from you. Key
Responsibilities • Install and repair stair lifts to meet safety
and performance standards • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and
electrical issues during service calls • Demonstrate proper use of
equipment to customers and collect payment upon completion •
Deliver exceptional customer service and address client questions
or concerns • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering
to all safety protocols • Operate company vehicle to transport
tools and equipment to job sites What We’re Looking For •
Mechanical or technical background or strong aptitude and
willingness to learn (we will train) • Basic computer skills for
documentation and communication • Physically capable of kneeling,
bending, and lifting up to 60 lbs (occasionally more with
assistance) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record •
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Team
player who can also work independently and manage time effectively
This position is contingent upon successful completion of a
background check, which includes employment and driving record
verification. Pre-employment drug screening may also be required,
in accordance with applicable federal and Pennsylvania state laws
What We Offer • Paid on-the-job training and all necessary tools •
Use of company vehicle for travel to job sites (vehicle not taken
home) • Competitive starting hourly pay based on experience, with
review after 90 days • Accrued paid time off • Monday–Friday
schedule with occasional weekend work (weekends not typical)
