Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician Pittsburgh, PA | In-Person | Full-Time Schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed) On-call rotation Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment Read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical manuals Conduct appliance and HVAC-related plumbing repairs Provide on-site field service support Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role HVAC certification or relevant technical training (preferred) Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, and plumbing Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics Skilled in general property maintenance Excellent problem-solving abilities Compensation Bonus opportunities Overtime pay Requirements Ability to commute to Pittsburgh, PA (Required) HVAC Certification (Preferred)
