We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic for building, grounds, and equipment maintenance. We will be looking for the following qualifications: Electrical wiring 110V, 220V, and 440V 3Phase Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment Installation of air, water, and computer lines Grounds maintenance including snow removal Basic carpentry Drywall repair Basic blueprint reading Preventive maintenance Building alarm systems High mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
