This is a REMOTE position. BHS is seeking candidates throughout the
US. Applicants outside of Maryland will be considered for this
role.Position Summary: This position is a very technical, hands-on
role responsible for creating and continuously improving automated
workflows supporting lead generation and lead funnel optimization.
The successful candidate will be an experienced expert in Microsoft
Dynamics CRM and marketing automation software, frequently
collaborating with IT, sales and marketing colleagues to craft
messaging and design, test, and continuously optimize email
campaigns, landing pages and forms. Position Duties &
Responsibilities: In a manner consistent with supporting BHS's
Mission Statement the Marketing Automation and Dynamics Specialist
shall do the following: Act as Microsoft Dynamics superuser for the
marketing team to create and maintain insightful and intuitive
sales and marketing dashboards that support testing and enable
real-time optimization decisions for digital marketing campaigns,
email campaigns, website user journeys, and Account-Based Marketing
activities.
- Serve as project lead for creating, testing, and implementing
marketing automation programs.
- Directly develop lead generation, nurture, and win-back
workflows, email, landing page and form templates, segmentation
strategy, content mapping, lead management and subscription
management
- Acts as a technical product owner for the marketing team,
liaises directly with IT developers as needed to consolidate
business requirements and request modifications that support
automation initiatives.
- Work directly in a Dynamics sandbox environment to mockup and
test marketing-related system enhancements for review by
development team.
- Leverage buyer journey, segmentation, product positioning, and
competitive intelligence to recommend workflows and messaging that
maximizes conversion.
- Draft, test, and iterate compelling email marketing and nurture
campaign copy
- Conduct A/B testing on emails, landing pages, and forms
- Work integrally with website design, content creation, and
digital agency team counterparts to advise and create campaigns and
workflows supporting conversion and optimization of B2B leads,
leveraging thought leadership positioning & content curation.
- Own lead source and lead funnel management reporting to
accurately report the value to the organization
- Take on special automation projects that drive efficiency and
reduce errors Other duties as assignedEducation, Training and
Experience:
- Experience in enhancing and testing objects, and workflows
inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM - required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, computer
science, or related field, required.
- Certified and experienced in using Enterprise Marketing
Automation software (ClickDimensions is a plus)
- Experience and/or proven success in the following:
- Writing compelling prospect-facing copy for email and landing
pages
- Email Marketing, optimization, A/B testing, and continuous
improvement
- Data & ROI analysis, reporting and business intelligence
- Contributing to integrated digital marketing campaigns
