Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects involved with assigning orders to abstract vendors and making sure all orders are completed in a timely manner consistent with established company standards for service and quality. Responsible for managing client partnership as it pertains to orders, general client inquiries, billing questions, and client payments. Establish regular reporting to keep the client up to date on work in progress. Project a professional company image through phone and email interaction.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



? Review daily all assigned Work in Progress reports to ensure completion of tasks


? Participate in the daily functions of multiple teams


? Answer phones and respond to client requests


? Coordinate with other departments on how to resolve problems


? Follow-up on client inquiries not immediately resolved


? Ensure client is billed in accordance to the statement of work


? Manage accounts receivables Loss Mitigation product services


? Recognize, document and alert management of trends in client calls


? Develop client relationships


? Organize, plan and prioritize work


? Document all information in the system notes regarding every task completed or updated on the file


? Adhere to company policies and procedures as communicated by management


? Perform all other duties as assigned



Qualifications


? High School diploma or equivalent


? Practical work experience with mortgage servicing and/or title industry


? Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal


? Proven customer service skills


? Problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills


? Strong attention to detail


? Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow


? Ability to be assertive


? Capable to react to change productively


? Ability to work with minimal supervision


? Proficiency with personal computer operation, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
