Essential Duties:

• Organizes and tracks all delivery and vendor tickets
  
• Keeps all purchase order records current
  
• Provide support to payroll team related to weekly payroll processing
  
• Accepts, signs for, and delivers packages, as they arrive and routes to appropriate personnel
  
• Assisting operations and accounting manager with day-to-day issues
  
• Invoice tracking through KloudGin
  
• Welcomes all customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel

  • EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
    
  • EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years' experience in related field

  • OTHER: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), strong written and oral skills, detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team
