Job Description:
Clarvida, a pioneering health-focused organization, is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your
expertise in behavior analysis to implement and oversee programs
that enhance the wellness and quality of life for our clients. This
position is instrumental in crafting personalized intervention
strategies using state-of-the-art technology and methodologies.
Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, you will be
at the forefront of delivering tailored, effective solutions in
behavior management. Conduct behavioral assessments and design
treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Supervise and
train teams of Behavior Technicians to ensure the quality and
effectiveness of intervention strategies. Regularly evaluate and
update client treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate and
coordinate care. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and
regulatory standards. Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate client progress. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team
management. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
