Staff Accountant Location: Pittsburgh, PA Salary: $65,000-$75,000 About the Company & Opportunity: Generous Benefits: Enjoy 80 hours of PTO, plus medical, dental, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match Growing Industry: Join a rapidly expanding company in a booming industry where your work makes a direct impact Leadership Exposure: Gain hands-on experience and mentorship while working closely with senior leadership Career Growth: Be part of a collaborative team culture with strong opportunities for advancement and professional development Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant: Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close The Staff Accountant will oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis The Staff Accountant will ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in an accounting or finance role; manufacturing industry experience is a plus Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
