AUDIT MANAGER Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Are you an experienced audit professional with a strong background in Yellow Book audits? OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Lead and manage audits in compliance with Yellow Book (Government Auditing Standards). Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for non-profit/government entities. Develop and implement audit strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for financial best practices. Mentor and guide junior audit staff. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: CPA preferred (or equivalent certification). 5 years of audit experience with a focus on non-profits or government agencies. Strong knowledge of Yellow Book standards and governmental accounting principles. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
