Job Description:

We are seeking an individual experienced in Accounts Payable functions for a long term contract assignment. This position is with a Fortune 500 company located in downtown Pittsburgh. Qualified candidates are encouraged to read the description below and apply today.

Responsibilities include:

-Receiving invoices and checking on payment status

-Paying outstanding invoices

-Setting up recurring payments when necessary

-Compile data, compute fees and charges and prepare invoices for billing purposes.

-Computing company charges, itemizing statements or invoices and computing payroll.

Requirements:

-Peoplesoft experience is preferred

-High School Diploma or equivalent required;

-Associate Degree in accounting or related financial discipline a plus.

-Two to four years financial and/or accounting experience required.

-Experienced with Microsoft Office
