• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify potential areas of concern or improvement.
• Analyze financial data, including 90/10 ratios and composite scores, to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for management review.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and changes in accounting standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior auditors, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their work.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in analyzing 90/10 ratios and composite scores to evaluate financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with audit software and ERP systems is a plus.
